Your role:


Project Coordination and Management

- Oversee OTC-related projects (Order to Cash), ensuring alignment with business goals

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Coordinate between various teams such as functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders


SAP OTC Implementation and Support

- Collaborate on SAP OTC module configurations and customizations

- Ensure seamless integration of OTC processes like order management, invoicing, and accounts receivable

- Manage system testing, user training, and go-live activities


Stakeholder Communication

- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units

- Facilitate clear communication to ensure project requirements and deliverables are met


Performance Monitoring

- Define KPIs and track the progress of OTC system improvements

- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the OTC cycle and suggest optimizations


Documentation and Compliance

- Ensure proper documentation of processes, configurations, and project milestones

- Guarantee compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines


Your expertise:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields5+ years of experience with SAP OTC processesExperience in Diagnostics businessExperience operating within multiple countries across LAMProject management certifications are a plusAbility to lead cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTechnical Expertise:Strong understanding of SAP OTC modules and related componentsKnowledge of integration points with other SAP modules like SD (Sales and Distribution) and FI (Finance)Project Management Skills: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologiesAnalytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and optimizing OTC processesData analysis and reporting experience
