Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesOverall responsibilities and duties:
• Responsible for Plant Equipment & tooling breakdown reduction
• Scheduling & overseeing all maintenance related work.
• Accountable for Plant DLE, MTTR & MTBF improvement.
• Knowledge of AB PLC, Siemens PLC, Scanners is must.
• Strong IATF & ISO requirement knowledge, Good in Maintenance documentation.
• Experience in Welding machine (MIG, TIG), Canning Line, Robotic welding, press machines, Forming machines.
• Responsible for TPM implementation, PM, TBM, CBM hands on experience is must.
• Capable to solve repeat breakdowns through 8D, Why Analysis, Fish Bone diagram, Six sigma, QRCI methodology.
• Responsible for Spare part management i.e., Min-Max level, critical parts monitoring.
• Knowledge of Fanuc welding Robot, SPM machines is must.
The main missions of the role are:
• Responsible to implement FES system for Maintenance.
• Knowledge of Electrical wiring & panel circuit.
• Responsible for Spare part management i.e., Min-Max level, critical parts monitoring.
• Capable to handle AMC activity.
• Knowledge of Fanuc welding Robot, SPM machines is must.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level:
o Diploma / BE in Electrical Engg. / Electronic Engg.
Experience:
o Minimum 12-15 years relevant experience.
o Experience in Exhaust Manufacturing facility will be added advantage.
o Experience of Maintenance department management.
Skills and competencies:
o Strong Analytical skill required.
o Responsible to handle manpower resources
o Strong maintenance system, procedures knowledge
o Strong communications, presentation skills
o Continuous Improvement Attitude
o Good team player, situational awareness.
o Technically sound in PLC system, Automation, SPM, Mechatronics approach.
