What We Offer Starting pay of $15 per hour 1st shift, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM 3rd shift, 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM Overtime as required Health benefits, including telehealth medical services 401k What We’re Looking For Basic and written communication skills Ability to learn how to use computer system (MES/SAP) Ability to recognize quality issues, clean filters, and neutralize jets Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions Ability to safely operate sewing machine, and power tugger Ability to hear power equipment in work area Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Ability to push and pull boxes up to 40 pounds Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for the majority of the shift What You’ll Do as a Dye Jet Operator Maintain knowledge of all general plant safety rules and safety absolutes Maintain knowledge of dye jet operator policies and procedures Operate dye jet Operate equipment in a safe manner Complete daily team maintenance (DTM) activities Audit safety items in department Meet production goals set-out by department manager Follow proper policies and procedures set out by department and location Perform other tasks as assigned
