Key Responsibilities and Skills
* Strong experience working with Dynamics CRM, with a focus on customer engagement and Power Platform.
* Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
* Hands-on experience in application analysis and deployment in Dynamics 365 CE.
* Ability to carry out some customisations and system configurations.
* An analytical approach to work, with strong organisational skills
* Confident writing, functional and technical documents.
