What you will do: * Cooperate with sales in presales activities and solution definition. * Translate client requirements into comprehensive D365/AX solutions in delivery phase. * Integrate ERP solutions across functional lines to establish a cohesive global architecture. * Supporting the project team with complex functional requirements. * Define metrics to measure the success of ERP system performance. * Prepare clients for ERP adoption by recommending training programs. * Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with ERP standards. * Leverage on Microsoft ecosystem to define best customers solutions Skills and experiences * Proven experience in ERP architecture and system integration. * Very good knowledge of Dynamics AX/365 F&O across functional areas. * Strong analytical approach and knowledge of the possibilities in Dynamics AX/365 and other Microsoft components. * Strong consultative approach. * Demonstrated ability in partner collaboration and team leadership. * Very good written and spoken both English and Polish skills are required.
