Location: Hanover, PA (Hybrid/Work from Home Flexibility)
Salary: Up to $160K base salary + bonuses
Industry: Food & Beverage Distribution
We are seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to join a global Food & Beverage Distribution company that has been a trusted name in the industry for over 100 years. Based in Hanover, PA, this forward-thinking organization is expanding its technology footprint as it transitions multinational subsidiaries to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), Customer Engagement/Power Platform, and Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Design & Architecture: Lead the technical design and implementation of solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment, particularly in the Finance, Sales, and Administration modules.
* X++ Development: Strong hands-on expertise in X++ development, working closely with the team to design and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
* Team Management: Manage a 5-6 person internal team and oversee an offshore development team to ensure alignment and execution of project goals.
* Code Reviews & Documentation: Provide detailed code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain thorough technical documentation.
* Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the technical solution aligns with business objectives and requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
* D365 F&O Expertise: Strong technical background in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, especially within the Finance, Sales, and Administration modules.
* X++ Development: In-depth experience with X++ development and D365 F&O customization.
* Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage both internal and offshore development teams.
* Power Platform & Azure: Experience with Power Platform and Azure DevOps is a plus!
* Communication & Documentation: Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
