Key Responsibilities:

Business Requirements Analysis: Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, document processes, and map them to Dynamics 365 functionalities.Solution Design: Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions to meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and optimizing business workflows.Implementation & Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, based on the functional requirements.System Testing: Conduct system testing, including functional and user acceptance testing, to ensure the integrity of the Dynamics 365 solution.End-User Training: Provide training sessions and materials for end-users and client stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the platform.Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and refining solutions to meet evolving business needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience working with Dynamics 365, including a deep understanding of core modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Project Operation.Knowledge: Strong knowledge of business process modeling, data structures, and integration between Dynamics 365 modules.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in configuring entities, workflows, forms, views, and reports within Dynamics 365.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop innovative solutions.Certifications: Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (such as MB-200, MB-210, MB-230, etc.) are preferred.Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Language Proficiency - English & Mandarin Additional Locations:  * Malaysia - Selangor - Petaling Jaya * Malaysia * Malaysia - Selangor * Malaysia - Selangor - Petaling Jaya
