To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** **Key Responsibilities:** + **Business Requirements Analysis:** Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, document processes, and map them to Dynamics 365 functionalities. + **Solution Design:** Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions to meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and optimizing business workflows. + **Implementation & Configuration:** Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, based on the functional requirements. + **System Testing:** Conduct system testing, including functional and user acceptance testing, to ensure the integrity of the Dynamics 365 solution. + **End-User Training:** Provide training sessions and materials for end-users and client stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the platform. + **Support & Troubleshooting:** Provide ongoing post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and refining solutions to meet evolving business needs. **Skills & Qualifications:** + **Experience:** 5 years of hands-on experience working with Dynamics 365, including a deep understanding of core modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Project Operation. + **Knowledge:** Strong knowledge of business process modeling, data structures, and integration between Dynamics 365 modules. + **Technical Proficiency:** Proficiency in configuring entities, workflows, forms, views, and reports within Dynamics 365. + **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. + **Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop innovative solutions. + **Certifications:** Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (such as MB-200, MB-210, MB-230, etc.) are preferred. + **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. + **Language Proficiency - English & Mandarin** \#BASD #BASDDynamics **Additional Locations** : * Malaysia - Selangor - Petaling Jaya * Malaysia * Malaysia - Selangor * Malaysia - Selangor - Petaling Jaya
