We are looking for a Dynamics ERP Specialist to design, develop, and implement efficient business, financial, and operations systems using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This role involves gathering and analyzing data, overseeing third-party solution proposals, and ensuring seamless integration of ERP solutions to maximize business value.
Your responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to define business, financial, and operational system requirements.
Participate in design and prototyping sessions to improve financial processes and workflow efficiency.
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing ERP systems and propose enhancements.
Define scope and success metrics for systems analysis and solution implementation.
Govern and validate third-party ERP solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.
Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
Support the design, development, and deployment of new ERP functionalities.
Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support business decision-making.
Ensure seamless system integration with financial and operational platforms.
Develop financial models, reports, and system documentation to support business functions.
Oversee testing, end-user training, and post-implementation support to ensure system quality.
Requirements for the role:ERP & Finance Expertise:
Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting, and business operations.
Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
Experience in ERP system implementation and process improvement.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and automation using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
Knowledge of database operations, software standards, and data retrieval methodologies.
Ability to assess and govern third-party ERP solutions.
Soft Skills:
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work in complex, global environments and manage competing priorities.
How you will be rewarded:Salary range for this position is from 40,500 to 61,000 EUR per year depending on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. This role is also eligible to receive discretionary annual bonus that align with individual and company performance.
