We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development. **About the role** The E-Activation & UX Manager is responsible for developing and executing a seamless digital activation strategy, optimizing product content, and driving innovation in online shopping experiences. This role ensures that brand marketing efforts are effectively integrated across digital channels, enhancing customer engagement and maximizing sales opportunities across Latam operation. **Your responsibilities** • Develop and execute e-activation strategies in alignment with brand marketing plans to drive engagement and conversion. • Partner with the Brand Marketing team to create an omnichannel strategy embedded in the overall brand plan. • Plan and execute key online events, such as Black Friday, ensuring maximum impact and ROI. • Drive innovation by testing new digital formats, social commerce, and interactive shopping experiences. • Optimize product content, including A+ pages, images, and SEO, to enhance the online shelf presence and improve visibility. • Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights and consumer behavior. **The experience we're looking for** Completed university education; Strong experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or UX management. Knowledge of SEO, digital content optimization, and performance marketing. Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale online events and promotions. Advanced level of English; Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
