We are seeking for a highly skilled and motivated E-Business Jr Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the e-commerce channels and key areas of e-commerce operations. As the E-business Jr Manager, you will be in charge to assist the E-business Sr Manager to increase the productivity of the area operations and ensure seamless activations within the digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce operations follow upCampaign orchestration within the digital touchpoints Seamless and mastered catalog execution (activation/discontinuation)E-merchandising excellence & localization for digital channels Execute e-commerce activation projectsRun & features follow-up / testing within the digital channelsPersonalisation, AB testing, UX analyticsOnline appointment booking management & operations and other services operations within the site, such as Store LocatorBoutique monitoring projectPartner with Client Care team to solve clients issues withing the platformEnsure the website functionality meets the needs of customers and business Support in business case preparations for new channels openings

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, IT, or related field3 to 5 years proven experience in e-commerce, preferably D2C. Marketplaces is a plusExcellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisionsAble to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms. Marketplaces platforms is a plusIn-depth knowledge of online marketing, web analytics, and social mediaThe E-business Jr Manager should be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and planning skills while maintaining a keen attention to detail.Fluent in Spanish and English.
