E-commerce Activation Specialist

We are seeking an active and detail-oriented Ecommerce Activation Specialist to manage, update, and distribute product content across internal and external platforms. This role collaborates in ensuring the success of digital communication strategies, focusing on strengthening market position, driving category performance in e-pharma eretail, and achieving defined KPIs. Additionally, this role will develop, implement, and evaluate specific activation plans to achieve both long and short-term agreed brand/sales objectives. They will work cross-functionally to drive the trade marketing plans, linking sales and marketing plans, and driving all planned activities with executional excellence, on time, and on budget with brand, sales, and profitability targets.

 

Main responsibilities:

Content Management & Product Data Digitalization & DistributionCreate, maintain, and distribute product content across various platforms.Manage content for eContent Library, Nielsen Brandbank, and price comparison websites.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and ecommerce teams for seamless content integration. Digital Activation SupportPlan and execute digital activation strategies with Brand Managers and Digital teamsDrive planned activities with executional excellence, on time, and on budget.Ensure bi-directional communication between marketing and sales.Work with Key Account Managers, sales teams, and Brand Managers to plan and execute activities in the e-pharma channel.Prepare and execute activity plans to support portfolios on e-retail and e-pharma platforms.Align activities with business goals and sales strategies. Cross-team Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with local teams, the Global Digital Team, and the CEE Ecom Team to align digital strategies.Co-manage and allocate budgets for digital communication and ecommerce activities.Stay updated with digital communication trends and tools. Training & DevelopmentParticipate in trainings, workshops, and development activities.Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Ideal candidate:

Experience: Experience in a similar role, ideally in digital marketing or e-commerce.Education: University degree (VŠ), preferably in marketing, business, or a related field.Technical skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SEO, paid advertising platforms, and content management systems.Analytical skills: Capability to define KPIs, assess digital campaign performance, and recommend data-driven optimizations.Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholdersLanguage skills: Fluency in Czech or Slovak and a minimum B2 level proficiency in English are required.Driving license: A valid Category B driving license is required.
