A Lot About You
We are looking for one potential talent to develop business and merchandise strategy. You will work closely with category managers to develop and implement the category and supply side strategy to accelerate growth of Yahoo E-Commerce business and maximize revenue. You will be expected to expand the supplier bases of the designated categories and increase the channels’ sales performance, helping the company take advantage of business opportunities and drive in revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Responsible for suppliers to sell their products on Yahoo Shopping mall or operate their own online store in Yahoo Store Market Place.

Conduct activity or store diagnosis based on data, communicate sales results with customers; analyze data from traffic and orders to find problems and increase order conversion rate, so as to identify potential customers and cultivate them into major customers.

In addition to assisting customers in selling products, it is also necessary to promote Yahoo EC’s value-added advertising, products and services to achieve the company’s revenue goals.

Identifying and evaluating innovative approaches to catch the business opportunities in the market and enhance revenues growth.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement varied projects.And integrate and expand resources to increase benefits, and to constantly seek for innovative responses to situations in the market.

Recruit brands and increase items, create partnership value, and maintain a stable relationship with suppliers. And maintain a strong partnership with suppliers to achieve a win-win situation and create more value for both parties.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor degree or above.

3+ years work experience in E-Commerce, retails industry or other relevant fields is a plus.

Proven records to deliver great results with result-driven personality and aggressive attitude to exceed the goals.

High standards of personal integrity, ethics, honesty and discretion.

Good communication and interpersonal skills with problem solving capability and strong sense of customer service.

Able to work in a fast-moving and challenging environment dealing with numerous people at different levels of the organization.

An individual who can bring freshness in approach and able to think holistically and provide innovative solutions.

Fluency in Chinese/Mandarin is required.

需求條件

學士或同等以上的學歷

3 年以上電子商務、零售業或其他相關領域的採購及銷售實務經驗

具備簡報、專案管理的能力和高度的談判經驗

供應商管理以及品牌開發能力

對市場具敏感度與觀察力,以及挑戰高業績目標的企圖心

良好的溝通能力與團隊合作精神

能獨立作業,且具抗壓性、快速反應、勇於接受挑戰等特質

良好的中文語言能力
