E-Commerce Coordinator 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated E-Commerce Support to assist the Senior E-Commerce Manager in executing various initiatives across multiple online channels. This position plays a critical role in driving our e-commerce strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting/Data Analysis: Create and update internal sales reports, respond to ad-hoc data requests, and gather item setup details for new Product Detail Pages (PDPs) across various retailer platforms.Content Development: Collaborate with the Senior Manager on content development projects, including uploading content to relevant platforms.Detail Page Set Up & Maintenance: Collect product details for PDP setups, ensure that PDPs are up to date with the latest content and marketing copy, and perform regular quality control checks. Identify and implement optimization opportunities.Catalog Management: Maintain product catalogs within technology platforms by managing discontinued and new product data.

Essential Requirements:

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing) with a sincere passion for brands.Previous e-commerce experience or knowledge of general e-commerce principles is preferred.Entrepreneurial mindset with innovative ideas; must be organized, analytical, and creative.Strong time and project management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and work under pressure.Excellent relationship-building skills, both locally and internationally; a good team player.Ability to work independently with moderate guidance or limited details.Proactive attitude with a flexible approach to tasks.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00
