Based in the US with a small but dynamic team of 2-10 employees, they're focused on scaling e-commerce operations across multiple portfolio companies. They currently have two successful team members in similar roles and are expanding due to portfolio growth.

The firm is experiencing significant growth in their brand portfolio and needs a skilled e-commerce and digital marketing specialist to support their expansion. This role combines digital marketing expertise with e-commerce operations, requiring someone who can handle technical responsibilities independently from day one while maintaining exceptional communication across all channels and teams.
The Impact you’ll makeE-commerce Management\nRun and analyze Shopify reports and analytics\nManage Shopify themes and landing pages\nMonitor analytics and create detailed reports\nTrack and optimize e-commerce metrics\nProject Coordination\nAttend calls and take detailed notes\nTrack all project activities\nAct as a connector between marketing, operations, and brand partners\nCollaborate across multiple communication channels\nAdministrative Operations\nPerform administrative and clerical tasks\nHandle CRM management\nMaintain organized documentation\nEnsure accurate data entry and updates\nSystem & Platform Administration\nUpdate e-commerce platforms\nManage digital marketing tools\nMonitor performance metrics\nMaintain cross-platform consistency\n
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nProven experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon)\nStrong background in digital marketing and analytics\nExperience with email marketing tools (Klaviyo)\nB2B business environment experience\nProficiency in key platforms (HubSpot, Slack, Notion)\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nNice to Have\nOutlandishly good communication and organization skills\nStrong numerical aptitude and analytics capabilities\nExperience taking detailed meeting notes and managing multiple communication channels\nAdvanced knowledge of email marketing tools like Klaviyo\nDesign experience with tools like Canva\nPrevious experience in a similar role within venture capital or private equity\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\nTechnical Skills:\nShopify platform mastery\nDigital marketing analytics\nKlaviyo campaign management\nHubSpot/CRM proficiency\nBasic design skills (Canva)\nMulti-platform communication tools
