Reporting to the Sr Director, Transformation & Delivery, the E-commerce DXP Delivery Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the successful delivery of EPI (Episerver /Optimizely) initiatives within the organization. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the seamless integration of various business processes, systems, and technologies to optimize efficiency, enhance agility, and drive innovation across the enterprise. By leading a team of integration specialists and collaborating closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, in this role you are responsible for defining integration strategies, managing project execution, and delivering solutions that meet business requirements and objectives. Ultimately, you will contribute to the organization's digital transformation efforts by enabling seamless data flow and communication between disparate systems and applications, thereby facilitating informed decision-making, improving operational performance, and fostering a cohesive and interconnected business ecosystem process. **Responsibilities** + Lead end-to-end eCommerce projects on the EPiServer (Optimizely) digital experience platform, from initial discovery through all aspects of project lifecycles, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. + Lead the expansion of ACCO EPiServer E Commerce Platform globally across regions from a design, architecture, landscape perspective for successful implementation of projects. + Serve as the EPiServer Subject Matter Expert to oversee and lead the Episerver team for design, solution build, test and deliver end to end successful implementation. + Lead the EPiServer and applications ecosystems, drive seamless projects delivery by working with partners, system integrator and internal teams. + Collaborate with various business users, providing guidance on best practices and advising on new project requirements. + Work closely with vendors, monitoring their progress and reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs) for alignment with project goals. + Provide support to eCommerce team members, addressing challenges, and conducting code reviews as needed to maintain code quality standards. + Support cross functional teams (SAP, SFDC, Cyber Security) for project, support enhancements deliverables. + Assist EPi BAU team in overcoming challenges as needed to prevent critical escalation and system issues. + Designs operational procedures and processes that meet ACCO standards and improve efficiency. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree required. + Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in implementing EPiServer (Optimizely) digital experience platform solutions for websites, intranets, content management, commerce sites including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. + Hands-on experience in integrating EPiServer CMS with e-commerce platforms, such as EPiServer Commerce, Magento, Shopify, or others, to enable seamless content-commerce integration and deliver unified digital experiences. + Rich experience in e-commerce fullstack development using EPiServer & .NET core from both front end and back-end applications. + Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers, to deliver EPiServer CMS projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. + Demonstrated ability to customize and extend EPiServer CMS (Content Management System) functionality using .NET development languages, EPiServer APIs, and extension points, to meet specific business requirements and deliver tailored solutions. + Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and experience in managing EPiServer CMS projects, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication, to ensure successful project delivery. + Comprehensive understanding of EPiServer platform, including its architecture, features, and capabilities for content management, personalization, e-commerce, and digital marketing + Knowledge of general CMS principles, content modelling, versioning, workflow management, and multisite management, with a deep understanding of how EPiServer addresses these requirements. + Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and integrations, including EPiServer Commerce, and experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating e-commerce functionality within EPiServer CMS. + Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including email marketing, campaign management, lead generation, and analytics, and experience in leveraging EPiServer's digital marketing features to execute effective marketing campaigns. + Understanding of responsive web design principles and techniques for creating mobile-friendly and device-agnostic websites using EPiServer CMS, ensuring optimal user experience across different devices and screen sizes. + Familiarity with integration technologies and APIs for connecting EPiServer CMS with third-party systems and services, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, social media APIs, and payment gateways + Demonstration of strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to stakeholders with varying levels of technical capabilities. + Ability to travel 10 - 15% + Local Candidates Only, Hybrid to Lake Zurich, IL Headquarters \#LI-Hybrid **About Us:** You know our brands.
