Job Description

Revenue Management

Work Closely and support E-Commerce manager on the Daily, Weekly & monthly Report submission to GM & CFO Monitoring of approved and loaded rates, initiate review of revenue performance of the properties, analyzing results and proposing based on findings. To support Sales team in reports generation for weekly Monthly meetings.

Distribution

Responsible for timely and effective CMS Management (rates & allocations: B2C & B2B Channels)  Managing back-end analytics & reports management: SiteMinder, OTA's, Google, CMS, and Hotel App and other tools in E-commerce/Revenue Management Strong business judgement and decision-making skills: able to assist concerns from the properties in relation to online bookings. Provide expertise on current industry best practices in handling OTAs and B2Bs Maintain good relationship with online business partners and key departments in all hotels.

Digital Marketing

Conduct timely OTA and website audit on contents (not limited to description, photos and functionalities) Website, Hotel App, and OTA's Manage, Create and execute tactical digital ads: Identify new projects that will improve the E-Commerce and Digitalization plans.
