As an Ecommerce Functional Test Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing EPICS/user stories and their acceptance criteria to create and refine acceptance criteria and define a suite of manual/automated test scripts. You will design a test strategy that aligns with the program’s SDLC approach and develop and maintain test plans, cases, and report/manage defects and issues. Additionally, you will document testing tools, processes, and methodologies used, facilitate knowledge-sharing among testers and maintain a central repository for testing artifacts.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with development teams to understand how all elements of the Nimbus (E-commerce user interface) and Salesforce software ecosystem work together and develop a test-driven approach with automation that fits the overall strategy.Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts tailored to Salesforce applications.Execute tests, log defects, and provide detailed reports on test results and issues.Define a suite of automation test scripts for the rollout of our new e-commerce platform that is powered by Salesforce.Empowered to identify, execute, and communicate opportunities for improvement in quality testing throughout the project lifecycle.Foster a positive and proactive work environment, emphasizing respect for individuals, high standards of quality, customer service, innovation, and teamwork.Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required with a concentration in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred.3-5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.Preferred:
Experience in Writing Test Plans, Test Cases and keep updated as required.Experience with Salesforce, ideally Commerce cloud.Experience with testing integrations between Salesforce and other systems (APIs, data connectors).Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.Experience in identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects and issues.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and leadership qualities.Highly organized.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Our Company:
