Job Description This internship offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can gain valuable experience by assisting in developing and implementing e-commerce strategies across various platforms. We’ll provide a comprehensive training program to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in e-commerce. Pay range: $14 - $17 per hour Principle Responsibilities + Assist in developing and implementing e-commerce strategies across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Building Store Front, Content Management, and Listing Optimization + Conduct competitor analysis and research to identify areas of improvement and develop recommendations for growth. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce plans. + Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement. + Develop and maintain knowledge of e-commerce trends, technologies, and industry standards. + Assist in managing and maintaining accurate inventory, orders, and customer data records. Competencies + Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, including market research, customer behavior, and sales funnels. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions. + Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and eBay, including but not limited to product management, inventory management, and logistics. + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
