Our priority is working with integrity to improve the health and well-being of people and communities where we operate, working towards making a positive impact in the world._ _eCommerce Senior Key Account Manager responsible for eCommerce channel will help Korea CHC to meet its objectives of building a sustainable business growth through end-to-end customer business development. eCommerce Senior Key Account manager will be responsible for developing customer business in pure player_ _(Coupang)_ _and distributor_ _via in-depth customer understanding._ + _Working with customer to develop customer sales plan and to execute it with operational excellence._ + _Develop business plan link to channel/company plan_ + _Managing the promotion budget efficiently._ + _Collaborate with internal function_ + _eCommerce Senior Key Account Manager will work closely with CHC team in Trade Marketing, Marketing and Sales_ _, supply chain, finance_ _as well as collaboration with internal key stakeholders for seamless execution._ **Our Team:** _eCommerce team is the most crucial team driving the growth of the Korean business. Unlike other teams, it is a well-structured unit that encompasses Performance Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales. Given its importance and the scale of revenue it generates, it is classified as a key market on a global level as well._ **Main responsibilities:** _Build the business with customer/channel_ + Plan eCommerce sales strategy to achieve sales target mainly focusing at Coupang and distributor + Work on scaling business through paid marketing channels and improve performance through analytic-driven approach. + Develop joint business plans and create strong relationships with the customer to deliver company objectives (Sales fundamentals / Sales / Budget / Market share / NPD) + Develop annual business plan, including promotional events, and execute it with customer engagement. + Lead the customer for annual contract to achieve sustainable growth. + Assortment and stock management working with SCM and external partners. + Develop and implement by account specific promotion plan with customers and internal team + Create a positive Consumer Impression on CHC brands by working with customer while taking a risk under market situation with courage. + Maximize the budget to archive the customer / channel financial objectives. + Maintain appropriate internal controls to ensure the company's assets are safeguarded. + Manage all details related to the day-to-day business from forecasting, delivery to analysis. + Deliver superior in-store presence in all sales fundamentals to the customers. + Develop personal capability and coach others in his/her expertise to drive business results and build the organization's capability. **About you** + Bachelor’s degree + At least +/- 10 years of sales or eCommerce experiences in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), +/- 5 years of eCommerce experience is preferred + Consumer Health Care (CHC) industry with comprehensive understanding of customer + Direct business model handling with e-retailers + Customer Business Planning (JBP/ Promotion/ Budget management / Forecasting) and analytic skill + Execute plan to customers with excellence + Strong communication Skill: Communication w/ internal & external cross-functions to make sure tasks & items are aligned and achieved in timely manner + High drive for Result: Execute plans with excellence to deliver sales and share gaining + Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment + Strong ethics and decision-making skills + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills + Externally focused and customer orientated + Personally mature, able to deal effectively with complex issues and manage conflicts + Highly self-organized and accurate with documents + Self-motivated, proactive, positive, mature team-player + Good verbal & written communication skill both in Korean & English + Excellent knowledge of MS Office **Pursue progress, discover extraordinary!** Better is out there.
