E-Commerce Key Account Manager (EKAM) Job
Mission Details Manage and drive sales growth by ensuring product portfolio meets the needs of the market and is well positioned in the online space: Use available data and customer feedback to identify needs in the e-commerce space. Identify products in the line that will be a fit for e-commerce needs. Ensure the right positioning and tools are created to drive sales. Recommend an ad strategy to drive sales while maintaining profitability. Manage relationships with e-commerce partners (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Digital Dealers). Sharing knowledge of all partner specific tools (e.g. Vendor Central) and KPI’s Drive profitable growth: Collaborate with Marketing for product mix optimization for e-commerce. Provide feedback on feature set and cost optimization. Clearly articulating the feature value of products in the market to drive premium price positions Develop and execute e-commerce strategy: Collaborate with the local marketing team, global category managers, and global e-commerce team to identify the best e-commerce strategy within the context of the market plan Required Profile

Minimum Experience: 2+ years of experience in E-Commerce business.
Education: Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business Management
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
•    Strong track record in delivering top-line and profit results overall. 
•    Strong customer management skills and bias for business development.
•    Financial Acumen.
•    Analytical, data driven mindset.
•    Able to effectively organize, prioritize, and delegate work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
•    Must be able to act independently, while collaborating with a variety of internal and external teams.
•    Leadership skills with experience and comfort in owning cross-functional projects.
•    Ability to move projects from concept to completion.
•    Must be able to travel up to 60% of time.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•    Strong experience with MS Office:  Excel and Powerpoint.
•    Must possess a high sense of critical thinking capabilities.
•    Must be highly collaborative and have a strong sense of teamwork.
