WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the E-commerce Lead, you will be responsible for contributing to digital growth by optimizing the online shopping experience. Manage daily planning and execution of product exposure on our website and app. Analyze trends, customer behavior, and inventory to ensure strong commercial performance and brand perception. Collaborate with Omni Merchandising and Marketing teams to drive sales and deliver a seamless, relevant shopping journey.
You will:
Secure and drive publishing of content in line with the daily commercial customer plan, while adapting to ad hoc adjustments to ensure optimal performance.Execute and optimize product ranking by analyzing current trends, customer behavior, inventory availability, and commercial packs.Optimize navigational entries based on performance data and customer behavior, including enhancing internal search through synonym additions and creation of relevant search landing pages.Execute deals and discount activities, and enhance their effectiveness through strategic content publishing and exposure tactics.Extract data from reporting sources translate findings into actionable insights and hypotheses to guide decision-making.Collaborate closely with Digital Experience Leads to ensure a seamless digital experience that supports growth and strengthens brand perception.Provide insights and feedback to the regional Omni Merch team to influence product strategy, and to the Customer Activation & Marketing team to inform customer strategy.Work with Media team the Customer Activation & Marketing team to coordinate campaigns and activations that leverage recent trends and insights.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll collaborate closely with Digital Experience Leads, Merchandising, Media, and Customer Activation & Marketing teams to deliver a seamless and impactful digital experience. You’ll also engage with regional Omni Merch and Global teams to align on strategy, share insights, and drive performance.

At least 2 years of experience in fashion retail eCommerce, with a proven track record of driving commercial success through collaboration on product and customer experience.A deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and how its components work together to support eCommerce growth.Strong knowledge of fashion retail, including regional market dynamics and evolving consumer preferences.Analytical skills to interpret sales data, search trends, and web analytics for optimizing product visibility and performance.Proficiency in site merchandising to enhance the online shopping experience.Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms and content management systems.A data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to turn data into actionable insightsAnd people who are…
