Description We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Marketplace Manager- eCommerce to manage brand presence and foster profitable growth on Amazon and other online marketplaces for our safety identification brands. This role works intimately with marketing and product teams to optimize brand and customer experience across each marketplace. The selected candidate will be analytical, leveraging various tools to gather and analyze data, and apply this information to guide decisions. Location: Remote, must work in EST Employment Type: W2 Contract, 4 month contract to cover a Mat leave, FT (40 hours a week) Start Date: January 27th W2 Pay Rate: $45-$50/hr Key Responsibilities: • Optimize brand presence by managing change implementation through marketplace portals. • Creating, analyzing, and optimizing ad spend and market share. • Maintaining high brand standards through regular audits of images, graphics, and copy. • Concurrently manage several projects, ensuring end-to-end completion. • Analyze data in Amazon Retail Analytics to guide decision making. • Liaison with internal teams to solve marketplace concerns, manage inventory, and implement best practices. • Oversee FBA business and manage cases in Vendor Central. • Create new product detail pages and manage posts on Amazon for safety identification brands. • Monitor and address third-party sellers on Amazon. Requirements • Degree qualification is preferred. • Must have B2B experience • Must have Amazon Vender Seller Experience • Previous experience with Amazon or online vendor portals. • High proficiency in Excel. • Excellent written communication skills. • A meticulous eye for detail and strong organizational skills. • Ability to work independently while aligning with team's stated goals and metrics. • Resilient team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
