E-Commerce Channel Marketing Planning and Implementation

Grow San Miguel Foods revenues in Marketplaces by planning and implementing effective platform-specific marketing and promotional activities Grow our business in third party platforms by ensuring high visibility and presence of San Miguel Foods brands in major platform sales activities and promotions Increase sales of our brands in third party platforms by effectively utilizing various advertising and promotional tools available in the various platforms (vouchers, promos, search advertising, etc) Conceptualize and develop effective customized co-marketing initiatives and joint business plans with third party platforms

 

Sales and Distributor Management

Grow our business with current e-distributors by developing and implementing effective Joint Business Plans (JBP) Increase geographic reach of our third party e-commerce storefronts by partnering with new distributors (or expanding coverage of existing distributors) Grow our business with distributors through effective portfolio management – ensuring 100% availability in our e-commerce storefronts of all products and SKUs of San Miguel Foods Accounts Receivable Management – ensure timely collections of our ARs from distributors Forecasting and Demand Planning – create accurate forecasts together with distributors Supply chain management – ensure efficient supply chain operations and ensure timely delivery and adequate allocation of stocks/inventory, and prevent out of stock situations

 

Customer Experience Management

Logistics – work with logistics partners and distributors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to end consumers Customer Service – work with Prosync to provide superior customer service support to our e-commerce consumers Store Management – effective management of our e-commerce storefronts (product updating, availability, new product introductions, price adjustments, etc) Product Availability and Assortment – ensure product availability (minimal out of stock situations) and increase product assortment in our e-commerce stores

 

Capability Building and Expertise

Grow and develop the SMFI’s overall capability, expertise and knowledge in third party platforms through research and training Work with third party platforms directly and ensure that the team is knowledgeable of the platform’s best practices and latest innovations/trends

Cascade the latest trends and platform innovations to the E-Commerce team, as well as to the rest of the SMFI marketing organization
