Resource Innovations is on the lookout for a Marketing Manager to be a part of our expanding team in Madison, WI. We are in search of an enthusiastic and skilled Marketing Manager with a robust background in E-Commerce, digital marketing, and client management to enhance our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in crafting, strategizing, and executing marketing initiatives for E-Commerce and digital engagement. You’ll lead a team of creative and media professionals, working together to meet our annual objectives for utility demand-side management and statewide energy programs. 

Candidates can help customers of respective programs reduce their carbon footprint while improving home efficiency and comfort and saving money on their energy bills. Skilled strategic marketers can continue to grow their impact for clients through close coordination with other program vendor teams to cross-promote program offers and benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day management of an annual marketing campaign for E-Commerce and digital engagement platforms   Manage an internal marketing team and subcontractors overseeing work quality and ensuring it meets client expectations Interface with the client and their respective marketing teams to present our work, receive feedback and approval on marketing assets, answer ad hoc requests, and report on campaign effectiveness Execute key elements of the annual marketing plan, including owned and earned media components, such as email marketing, partnership marketing, and content development  Coordinate with senior management on annual marketing plan development and interim planning activities as needed Other duties as assigned.
