a detail-oriented E-commerce Merchandising Assistant to support our client's Beauty & Home teams. The primary focus is mastering the Trunkshow process through hands-on training and shadowing while assisting with critical data management and vendor operations. This role offers an opportunity to learn luxury e-commerce operations from the ground up.
The Impact you’ll makeTrunkshow Process Management\nLearn end-to-end Trunkshow operations through training\nShadow Merchandising Assistants and ABs\nSupport operations across Trunkshow, Boutique, and Mirakl\nDownload and manage TS imagery\nReview and maintain templates\nAttend bi-weekly team meetings\nProduct Data Management\nHandle vendor onboarding in PINK\nCreate weekly replenishment POs\nManage import templates\nMonitor product upload accuracy\nProcess sample requests\nContent & Market Support\nAssist with market preparation\nCreate trend boards\nManage product imagery and copy\nHandle MSDS documentation\nMaintain editorial content\nOperations Support\nUpdate team Google sheets\nProcess international checklists\nMonitor shipping restrictions\nManage pricing updates\nSupport launch calendars\n
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nMinimum 1-2 years experience in data management or e-commerce operations\nStrong MS Excel proficiency with hands-on experience in:\nData entry and cleanup\nPivot tables\nVLOOKUP\n\n\nProven track record of managing product or inventory data\nExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)\nExperience with documentation and process following\nExperience with multiple system navigation and data entry\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\nTechnical Skills:\nExcel mastery for data management\nProcess documentation abilities\nData entry accuracy\nTemplate management skills
