E-Commerce Project Coordinator

Overview:

The E-Commerce Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the growth and management of online retail accounts. This position will work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize product listings, monitor sales performance, execute promotional strategies, and ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Sales Support

Assist in managing relationships with key e-commerce accounts (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair and other third-party marketplaces). Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, customer service) to ensure smooth account operations. Support the execution of promotions, product launches, and pricing strategies to drive sales growth. Work with package designers to get our packaging approved as Ship In Own Container (SIOC)

Content & Listing Optimization

Ensure product listings are optimized for SEO, including titles, descriptions, keywords, and images. Work with creative and marketing teams to maintain high-quality product content and brand consistency. Assist in troubleshooting listing issues, discrepancies, and compliance-related concerns. Develop process for implementing amazon transparency Monitor unauthorized sellers on amazon and work to remove them Monitor our amazon listings for accuracy

Data Analysis & Reporting

Research costs related to Direct Import for Amazon orders on key items Track and analyze sales data, customer reviews, and competitor activity to inform decision-making. Generate reports on product performance, ad campaigns, and key account metrics. Provide recommendations based on data insights to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.

Operational & Administrative Support

Work with Zwilling Social media team to develop amazon influencers to grow sales on amazon Assist in coordinating order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics with internal teams. Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in collaboration with the support team. Ensure compliance with platform policies, guidelines, and best practices

Base Salary Range: $60000.00-$70,000.00 per year contingent upon experience. 

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or account management preferred. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or other online marketplaces. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data reporting tools. Basic understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and e-commerce best practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with online retailers or managing DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) e-commerce websites. Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Amazon Advertising, Meta Ads, etc.). Understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
