2. Grow our business with e-distributors through effective distributor management.

 

Grow our business with current e-distributors who service emerging platforms by developing and implementing effective Joint Business Plans (JBP) Grow our business with distributors through effective portfolio management – ensuring 100% availability in our e-commerce storefronts of all products and SKUs of San Miguel Foods Accounts Receivable Management – ensure timely collections of our ARs from distributors Forecasting and Demand Planning – create accurate forecasts together with distributors, and ensure timely delivery and adequate allocation of stocks/inventory
