E Commerce Specialist

1. GMV Optimization:

Develop and implement strategies to increase Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and drive revenue growth on our e-commerce platform. Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and bundle products to increase average order value and maximize sales revenue.

2. Sales Strategy Development:

Work closely with the Seller Success and Digital Marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives and drive GMV growth. Identify target markets, customer segments, and product categories with high potential for GMV optimization.

3. Customer Engagement:

Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and purchasing behavior. Provide personalized product recommendations, promotions, and incentives to encourage larger and more frequent purchases and increase GMV.

Product Merchandising:

Optimize product merchandising and placement on the e-commerce platform to maximize visibility, conversion rates, and GMV. Coordinate with the merchandising team to create compelling product displays, promotions, and cross-selling opportunities.

Promotions and Discounts:

Develop and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers to drive GMV growth. Monitor the performance of promotions and analyze results to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

Data Analysis:

Analyze sales data, GMV trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for GMV optimization. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively to maximize GMV.
