Description We are seeking an experienced Amazon Specialist with a focus on managing Amazon ASINs, campaigns, and performance tracking for our clients. This role involves significant work with Amazon Vendor Central to ensure optimal item setup, operational performance, and problem resolution. The ideal candidate should have a CPG background, strong eCommerce experience, and the confidence to handle operational hiccups such as charge backs and shortages. Responsibilities: + Manage and track the performance of Amazon ASINs and campaigns for Chef Merito and CBI. + Carry out effective item setup and configuration on Amazon Vendor Central. + Oversee operational performance, identify issues such as chargebacks, shortages, and devise appropriate resolutions. + Generate sales reports monthly/quarterly and analyze operational/sales performance. + Effectively work on new product items/configurations and adjust as required. + Create and manage effective marketing campaigns. Requirements + A minimum of 2 years of experience with Amazon Vendor Central tools. + Proficiency in handling operational performance issues. + Experience in setting up new product items/configurations. + Substantial experience in eCommerce. + CPG background is highly desirable.
