E & I Craftsperson

  

Competent to provide E&I engineering craftsperson skills, in support of production, to meet business and plant objectives. Works as part of the shift team to provide E&I and operational support.

 

Duties and Responsibilities (in the order of priority):

 

Provision of engineering E&I craftsperson skills to ensure continued production within EURRP Operate/maintain plant equipment to fulfil production targets Work as a member of an operational shift team Active involvement in improvement projects/initiatives Contribute to the improvements of a safe environmental/general housekeeping of the working area Maintain awareness of the developments in own trade and apply to workplace where appropriate Maintain awareness of the developments in own trade and apply to workplace where appropriate Comply with all legislative, regulatory and company policy standard and procedures eg safety, quality, risk, security, etc.

 

What you need to be successful in this role:

 

Recognised E&I craft engineering apprenticeship 4 GCSE’s (grade C or above) in Maths, English, Science and one other subject. Demonstrates great drive and energy to achieve targets and objectives. Shows great integrity and team leadership skills. Can demonstrate the use of the Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People pillars and how their actions have had a positive impact on their current department. Demonstrates knowledge of current standards Adhere to housekeeping/safety standards appropriate to the role. Demonstrates evidence/involvement of improvements to maintenance and of production performance. Demonstrates good teamwork skills as part of a small multidisciplined team.
