*****E & I Maintenance Technician - Weekly Pay***** We are seeking an experience electrical and instrumentation maintenance technician. In this role, you will provide troubleshooting and maintenance of all electrical and instrumentation areas of the plant. You will be paid weekly, have access to benefits, and be able to grow within the company! **Responsibilities** **:** + Provide instrumentation services including troubleshooting, configuration, installation, documentation, checkout, and commissioning of instrumentation and valves. + Manage workload to maintain effectiveness and productivity. + Accurately document instrumentation service work and actively share instrumentation information, including work orders, calibration reports, variance reports, and MOC documents. + Train and support non-technical users on the use of plant floor automation systems. + Maintain instrument as-built documentation. + Work with 4-20mA analog signals and discrete signals. + Remove pressure, flow, and temperature devices and perform calibrations to ensure accuracy. + Test instrument interlocks with PLC to ensure proper operation, install instruments and sanitary tubing. + Install, audit (voltage/amp check, megg), and commission equipment to ensure proper operation and functionality. + Perform wire terminations on instruments and PLC panels and other electrical duties required (e.g., bend conduit, and pull wire). **Hours** **:** + Monday Through Friday + 6:00 pm - 6:00 am + May shift to a 2-2-3 schedule for 12 hour shifts after training **Pay** **:** + $30-$40/hr DOE **Requirements** **:** + Minimum of 1 year of electrical or instrumentation experience + Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings + 3-phase wiring/24v/480v electrical experience **Skills** **:** + Electrical maintenance - including 24v and 480v, as well as 3-phase wiring + Maintenance Technician + Blueprint reading + PLC programming + Calibration + Troubleshooting + Hydraulics + Instrumentation **Apply today or reach out to Jay Wolfe at (641) 418 0568!!** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
