This high profile project will run for 2+ years, with potential for continued opportunities on other projects after its completion. We welcome applications from candidates across Australia, with flights provided from all major capital cities. The position offers a 2:1 roster, along with highly competitive salary packages and a 50% uplift (site uplift + PCB). This is a fantastic opportunity to work with industry leading oil & gas professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to the workforce personnelActively monitor work practices and coach employees to ensure adherence to correct HSE policies and proceduresReview performance and manage any performance issues as per Monadelphous proceduresCommunicate with client representatives to inform them on the progress of the project and resolve any issuesPlan and organise work to meet the projects requirements and promote productivityAdhere to all site rules and inspire crew to work safely and efficientlyCoordinate & Delegate work to your crew

What you’ll bring:

An Electrical trade qualification and current WA Electrical LicenceMinimum 3+ years Superintendent experience ideally on major mining/resources projects working for top tier construction contractorsA customer-centric mindset and strong value of safetyProven leadership capabilities developing and leading a cohesive and high-performance teamAn innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methodsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality work.Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver a message effectivelyA proactive, motivated mindset and someone who thrives when working under pressure
