Our Energy division is looking for E&I Supervisors to join our offshore Energy division on a 3:3 roster. These roles will commence in March 2025 for a duration of 8 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on skills and expertise.Provide training and development opportunities to ensure team members' skills are up-to-date and in line with industry standards.Oversee the execution of instrumentation projects, such as installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities.Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure the successful integration of new instrumentation systems.Oversee troubleshooting of instrumentation issues, providing guidance and support to technicians during complex problems.Ensure that instrumentation systems operate efficiently, with minimal downtime, and comply with safety and regulatory standards.Ensure that all work conducted by the team is in line with safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., AS/NZ standards, ISO).Monitor the implementation of safety KPIs and conduct regular safety interactions.

What you’ll bring:

Ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians, ensuring high levels of performance and morale.Extensive knowledge of industrial instrumentation, control systems (e.g., PLC, DCS), and process automation.Strong skills in managing projects, including resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.Ability to diagnose and resolve complex instrumentation and control system issues.Familiarity with safety standards and protocols in the workplace, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with staff, management, and other departments.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
