Act as responsible person for all the electrical and instrumentation of the facility. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, failure analysis, trouble shooting and repairs of the equipment and related instrumentation, based on approved maintenance strategies and plans
Principle Responsibilities and DutiesEnsure productive and safe operation and maintenance activities on gas compression equipment and control systems
Conduct PMs, daily checks, testing such as loop testing, megger testing, PLC analysis, control panel and systems troubleshooting, panel programing
Support executing work according to planning, according to HSSE procedures and regulations
Provide supervisor feedback to improve project performance & assist with completing PM reports & other documentation
Help repair and troubleshooting: alternators, transmitters, flow meters, breakers, switch gear, switches, valves, control panels,
engine ignition systems
Support Site leadership with spare parts management. This includes and not limited to inventory levels and counts,
Min-Max, parts movement tracking
Read and interpret various drawings for electrical electronic, instrumentation and process data. Including blueprints, schematics,
Loop drawings, P&ID's
Minimum Diploma or degree in designated field
Minimum 3 years experience in similar work environment
Possess well rounded knowledge of engine and compressor performance and operations
Familiarity with O&M activities in a turbine based gas compression plant
Physical RequirementsRemote site working conditions, hot and humid climate, long working hours, on call after hours
