The E&I Technician is accountable for executing the maintenance and repairs of electrical and instrumentation systems.

You will spend your time...

Supporting your team in making deliberate improvements in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) as well as housekeeping performance.Ensuring 100% compliance of assigned EHS requirements, process safety, food safety, and quality standards. As well as executing required preventative, autonomous maintenance and equipment sanitation work practices.Safe completion of life critical activities in production areas including development and execution of lock, tag, try procedures (LTT).Identifying and implementing improvements in systems, processes, and personal development and as assigned by department and/or shift Key Performance Indicators (KPI).Ensuring all training requirements are met within the specified time frames and training other personnel as required by Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager.Ensuring preventative, autonomous maintenance and equipment sanitation work practices are executed as required by departmentPerforming maintenance and repair of site’s electrical and instrumentation systemsPerforming work order tasks and supports work order flow through MMISPerforming troubleshooting of site’s electrical and instrumentation systemsSupporting scoping and planning of work ordersFollowing parts procurement proceduresSupporting updating and documentation of equipment BOMs and PMsKey performance IndicatorsWrench timeJob Requirements

The following are requirements for this position
 

High School Diploma or High school equivalent (HSE) including GED and Maine HiSETBasic math skillsBasic computer skills
