E-Learning Development Specialist III

Responsibilities

Assisting customers implementing e-products into their curriculum. You will do this through a variety of means including sharing best practices, both virtually and in person.Consulting and providing insights on HESI assessment data to guide student and program success.Helping nursing faculty develop teaching strategies that drive student engagementProviding product and market feedback to marketing and product development teams.Developing content for delivery in white papers, presentations and Elsevier social media.Assisting with planning and in developing essential education materials for faculty.Assisting in developing advisory board/super user faculty teams to generate product development improvement objectives and ideas.Work closely with the HESI Content team in Developing and editing nursing content and reviewing materials, such as case studies and test items.


Requirements

Have experience presenting in formal and informal settings, with a dynamic personality and excellent presentation skills,Have 3 years experience and demonstrate an understanding with digital books and learning resources, assessment tools, learning management systems, and other instructional technology.Be able to communicate clearly in virtual and in-person settings and possess dedicated written communication skills,Possess a dynamic customer orientation and the ability to build effective relationships with customers,Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently,Be willing and able to travel with up to 40% overnight travel required.Requires a Master's degree in nursing.Current, unencumbered Registered Nursing LicenseMinimum of 3 years of teaching experience (clinical and didactic) in an academic nursing education program.Basic knowledge of nursing curriculum design, NCLEX preparation materials, and use of online learning management systems. Test item writing or editing experience desirable.Maintains familiarity with the newest NCLEX test blueprint to validate and update test items and remediation for curriculum products; familiar with upcoming NGN/CJM content changes and related dynamics. Solid command of nursing knowledge and professional nursing practice required.Project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and to translate various tasks into executable plans highly desirable.
