E-Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Engagement:Develop and execute social media strategies for Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) to create impactful content that resonates with target audiences.Drive community engagement and effectively cultivate product or brand awareness through creative posts and storytelling. E-Commerce Campaign Management:Plan, launch, and manage e-commerce campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and KPIs.Optimize campaigns for maximum visibility, conversion, and ROI. E-Commerce Platform Compliance & Optimization:Monitor and stay up-to-date with the latest regulations, guidelines, and features of leading e-commerce platforms.Ensure all marketing activities comply with platform policies, optimizing content and campaigns for increased reach and effectiveness. Performance-Based Advertising:Develop, manage, and analyze performance-based advertising campaigns (including paid ads) across various digital platforms.Utilize data-driven insights to continually improve ad performance and campaign results. Brand Asset Development & Management:Lead the development and management of key brand assets, including visual content, product images, promotional videos, and digital assets, ensuring they align with the brand identity.Maintain consistency across all brand assets and ensure they effectively communicate the brand’s message and value proposition.Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling and engaging brand assets for campaigns. Team Collaboration & Reporting:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing strategies.Report on campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and recommend strategies for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media management, with a strong understanding of platforms like Xiaohongshu.Experience in developing and executing e-commerce campaigns.Strong understanding of e-commerce platform rules and regulations.Analytical skills to interpret advertising and campaign performance data.Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
