E-Trade Manager Brasil
Your role:
• Responsible for leading the e-Commerce Strategy, deploying activities, and guarantee growth business results within Marketplaces and Omnichannel key clients from the market assigned.
• You will partner with Marketing, Media and Commercial teams, in order to drive business growth via strong digital marketing activities, based on global roadmap and local market requirements.
• Coordinate Annual Commercial Moments, Peaks Moments & Monthly calendar across categories for each key strategic online customer.
• Be the single point of contact for the assigned markets on all digital activation & e-commerce topics and align with stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Digital).
• Work jointly with CRM and Media team to drive online growth.
• Accountable of E-Trade KPIs (ex: ROAS, Convertion Rate, SO Targets...), reviewing performance of all digital activation and e-commerce channels against targets and report regularly, leveraging market and business voice to contribute to the categories-clients strategy.
• Monitoring external trends and developments in the world of digital, social and e-commerce and feed in ideas for innovation and continued best practice.
• Overseeing budget allocation and be responsible for ensuring campaigns are delivered within budgets, agreed timeframes and quality standards.
You're the right fit if:
1. You completed a BS or MS in Digital / Ecommerce or equivalent discipline (preferred), or marketing, communications, business.
2. At least 2 years of experience working in digital / e-commerce organization, B2B and/or B2C worldwide companies or operation models experience (e.g. processes, technologies, best practices, programs, systems, tooling) in complex organizations.
3. You have previous experience in E-Trade within a market or an experience in any marketplace company (highly preferred).

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
This role also is expected to work outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or agencies’ locations.
