We currently have an exciting opportunity for a E Trade Marketing Manager ANZ to join our Personal Health team based in North Ryde. The E-Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for creating & delivering the best consumer experience across our key eCommerce retailer and Marketplaces, ensuring smooth consumer and shopper journey alongside all touchpoints. The role is responsible for Sellout delivery, Competitive positioning, Peak event planning, and on Platform ecosystem and media coordination.

You are responsible to

Serve as the primary contact for campaign performance on e-commerce platforms.Set and track sales targets for e-commerce marketplaces in coordination with the E-commerce Key Account Manager, ensuring continuous achievement.Align with all stakeholders to optimize on-platform media and ensure targets meet overall key performance indicators.Explore new opportunities to increase revenue and sales.Manage marketplace portals effectively (e.g., Amazon, Vendor Central).Analyze data and trends to develop comprehensive marketing strategies, collaborating with senior decision-makers across Business, Marketing, and Insights teams.Monitor and optimize online excellence in creatives and shopper journeys across key eCommerce platforms, collaborating closely with marketing, Quality and Regulatory, and digital teams.Support local campaigns with deployment, landing pages, and platform-specific activations.Use analytics to drive fact-based marketing decisions, ongoing optimization, and ROI modeling.Coordinate with the Digital and Media team for ecosystem synergies.Work with the E-commerce Key Account Manager to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with the content lead to maintain consistent brand presentation.Manage financial reconciliation with both internal and external stakeholders.

You're the right fit if:

Ideally you will hold a completed degree (ECommerce / Business / Marketing) and come with experience in a similar brand or marketing role from either technology, specialty consumer, FMCG or healthcare domain. Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing or a similar role within consumer goods industry.Proven track record of successful trade marketing campaigns and retail partnerships as well as exposure to sales.Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for the Personal Health or specialty consumer goods.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to drive best practice initiatives and relationship with Media and operational ecommerceAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
