Boeing Defense & Space w/Mobility & Surveillance is offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive Senior Quality Leader (L level Manager) to join the AEWC E7 program in Oklahoma City, OK.


Position Responsibilities:

Manages employees and first-level managers performing quality engineering and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the product lifecycle.Develops quality strategies and plans in support of new business acquisition and execution of program/business plans.Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.Acquires and manages resources, provides quality technical management and leads performance improvements.Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.Oversees review of technical information to ensure quality and producibilityManages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers.

This position requires the ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance post start, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Oklahoma City, OK.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5 or more years of experience in strategies planning, project management or proposal development5 or more years of experience leading or managing multi-skill discipline teams5 or more years of experience in a quality job role5 or more years of experience in gathering data and performing Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)5 or more years of experience working in productionAbility to travel both domestically and internationally depending on business conditions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experienceExperience with new development programsExperience with QMS (Quality Management System) and AS9100.Experience preparing and presenting to executivesExperience working in a Defense or Aerospace related programExperience with Boeing Problem Solving Methods (BPSM)Experience working with regulatory agencies (DCMA)Experience with Data Analytics

This position may require up to 25% of travel
