EAGM Business Operations Director
**Job Description Summary** EAGM Business Operations Director is responsible for managing the W2W service P&L for the zone, drive cost and productivity through proactive actions and leadership, own and drive Service Business Processes, support cash initiatives, provide analytical and operational reporting to drive execution of revenues and costs. This role is available in all locations in EAGM. We operate at the center of an ecosystem working toward precision health - digitizing healthcare, helping drive productivity and improving outcomes for patients, providers, health systems and researchers around the world. **Job Description** **Key responsibilities/essential functions include:** + Working x-functionally to optimize operating margin. + Support service leadership with information, training and processes to maximize revenue and business margin, and to effectively manage their business areas. + Lead W2W x-functional transaction excellence and quality. + Drive billings and revenue recognition with Service Sales, Director of Service and Finance. + Drive Service Business Operational Processes (Quotation, Billing, Service dispute resolution), to maximize cash flow, minimize customer disputes, and meet Collection and Past Due targets. + Drive data accuracy (Installed Base, Contracts, Billing) and use of the system, as per International processes. + Actively participate in regional and global projects to improve GE Healthcare Service Operations performance and margin. + Effectively manage, develop and coach the Business Operations Team. + Follow the GEHC Quality Policy and procedures, maintain effective quality systems compliant with applicable norms. Promptly escalate any quality or integrity issue. + Ensuring compliance to quality and regulatory requirements + Driving projects for service delivery performance improvement + Monitoring and improvement of service delivery productivity + Optimizing the utilization of service resources + Driving resource, capacity and capability development and alignment strategies **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Engineering and Business Management + 5 years of Operations, Finance or Program Management Experience in service, technology or operations, preferably in Healthcare Business + Minimum 10 years of progressive work experience in business environment + Strong analytical and quantitative skills + Experience on statistical and/or data management tools + Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills + Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results + Change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization + Customer-focused in defining quality and establishing priorities + Proficient in the soft skills necessary to be an effective program manager + Proven leadership and effective decision-making capabilities + Ability to monitor and manage critical path elements of consolidated projects + Ability to make executive level presentations (internal and external) + Demonstrated experience in leading multicultural and remote teams **Preferred Qualifications:** + Green Belt / Black Belt certified or familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and tools Our total rewards are designed to unlock your ambition by giving you the boost and flexibility you need to turn your ideas into world-changing realities.
