University degree, preferably in Hotel/Hospitality.At least 2 years in a similar role in a well-established luxury hotel brand.Ability to effectively interact with people of diverse backgrounds.Strong business acumen, critical thinking and strategic decision-making skills.Strong communication and leadership skills.Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills whilst balancing strategic and operational responsibilities.Comprehensive knowledge of business needs and productivity requirements.A creative flair in food beverage promotions.
