The opportunityDelaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time EAM System Administrator to join our team at the Kennedy Space Center in Merritt Island, Florida. PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,300 – $92,200 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Manage EAM system configuration, security, and performance, providing daily status updates to the Facilities Director and ensuring data integrity Lead system enhancements, research new modules, and collaborate with IT and Hexagon EAM support to implement improvements, system patches, and upgrades Coordinate workflow development, monitor process compliance, and act as the main point of contact between EAM users, IT, management, NASA, and external vendors Provide first-tier support for system issues, address user requests, and modify system configurations as needed to meet operational goals Develop and maintain system administration documentation, user guides, and training materials, while providing EAM report training and support for end-users More about you Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, business management, or engineering; Project Management Professional certification strongly preferred, though not required Minimum of 10 years of directly applicable experience in system administration or technical support of enterprise asset management systems Must possess facility operations data analysis experience specifically in asset management and workflow optimization Must have clear understanding of EAM from a users point of view, ability to administer and configure EAM database and applications, including implementation, maintenance, deployment, upgrade, and customization Experience in writing SQL database queries to support operations and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Shift detailsDay shift
