A day in the life.

As our Early Career Coordinator, you’ll collaborate with the HR team to develop the direction for the Early Career Program and the Intern Program and provide support in recruiting efforts for both programs. In your first year in this position, you will spend time obtaining your Property & Casualty License and your Health & Annuity License. After, you will rotate through the Private Client Services, Employee Health & Benefits, and Business Insurance departments. These experiences will help you better support and continue to develop both programs to ensure proper comprehension and retention of colleagues.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

High school diploma or equivalent.Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with management and colleagues.Be a self-starter and problem solver.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

Bachelor’s degreeProperty & Casualty license (required within first 3 months)Life & Health license (required within first 3 months)
