Our Excellerate Global Leadership Program will give you an outstanding opportunity to engage with commercial projects at a strategic and global level, rising up to challenges and becoming and developing as a leader.


As part of the Excellerate program you are able to seize the initiative, operate with a consultative approach and collaborate on cross-technology solutions. The program will ensure you gain real practical insight into our business, our stakeholders and our customers including communication service providers (CSP) across the globe, and how we integrate end-to-end solutions to ensure everyone worldwide is connected.


Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as an Account Manager within the Canada CU in Toronto. Ericsson’s Excellerate Account Manager will undergo a robust learning experience that goes beyond international job rotations and includes face to face and virtual learning led industry experts and faculty.


The Account Manager will secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development based on fundamental understanding of the customers’ business, operations and objectives. Will actively manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end solutions allowing seamless transition from sales to operations. Develop both internal and external relation/s in order to actively contribute to making customers and Ericsson successful. 

 


You will:

Be responsible to maximize customer relationships and loyaltyBe expected to create sales opportunities that will generate profitability salesOversee optimization of the account team’s performance and enable seamless transition to operationsHave the ability to quickly learn a breadth of technology portfolio and learn the go to market approachHave understanding of current and emerging technologies and concepts, e.g., RAN, RF engineering, AI/ML, self-organizing networks (SON), Network-as-a-Platform (NWaaP), public cloud integration Have the proven ability to work effectively and collaborate with stakeholders across a large variety of units, other groups and partners to advance key project deliverablesHave outstanding communication skills, oral and written (ppt and doc)Develop skills for future leadership roles at Ericsson

 


To be successful in the role you must have:

Bachelor of Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, Master of Science or similar3-5 years of experience of relationship sales Experience in the ICT industry preferredConsultative selling skills and commercial understandingCustomer and market insight as well as negotiation skillsLeadership experience

 


In addition, we believe you have:

Passion about bringing your ideas to the tableKeen interest to learn and to broaden experienceAbility to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure resultsAbility to dig into the details when needed to resolve critical issuesSolid communication skills and proficiency in English
