Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as a Financial Analyst in Market Area Europe and Latin America. The Market Area is the customer facing organization responsible for sales and delivery of Ericsson products and solution in the geographical area. 


 
What you will do:


 
Join the central Business Finance team within our Market Area, where you’ll contribute to essential finance functions and activities. In the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) unit, you’ll help analyze complex financial and non-financial data, create visually compelling reports, and turn numbers into actionable insights.
•    Analyze complex financial and non-financial data.
•    Develop visually compelling reports to support decision-making.
•    Transform raw data into engaging narratives for cross-departmental stakeholders.
•    Provide actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
•    This role is ideal for those passionate about data visualization and report writing, with a talent for storytelling through data.

The FP&A unit is responsible for a.o. forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling, analysis of financial variances, financial reporting, and cost management. The purpose is to monitor financial performance and support decision making.

In addition, we believe you have: 


•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
•    Passion for financial analysis, data visualization, and executive storytelling 
•    Proficiency in financial modeling and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and/or Excel.
•    A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally, with a desire and ability to work in a multicultural environment 
•    Keen interest to learn new things and to broaden experience.
•    Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results 
•    Solid presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in English
