Your journey within the Innovate Program will start as ASIC developer at Ericsson Silicon in Business Area Networks.
What you will do:
Join our Ericsson Silicon organization, where we spearhead the development of custom-made System on a Chip (SoC) solutions. Our work enables high-performing, energy-efficient, and lightweight products within the Ericsson Radio System portfolio. As a member of the Silicon team, you will play a key role in the creation of state-of-the-art ASICs and FPGAs.
During the course of the Early Career Program, you will:
Gain insights into Silicon Operations, understanding the end-to-end process of silicon development Explore the technical intricacies and advance your expertise in silicon technologies and enhance your product knowledge by working closely with the ASIC integrationThis is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment while contributing to groundbreaking technology.
The skills you bring:

In addition, we believe you have:
MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
Hands-on experience with ASIC/FPGA engineering or development
Knowledge of wireless communication, radio networks and SoC design processes
Ability to develop strategies and prioritize activities
Interest in experimentation and innovation with the ability to think creatively and be well adapted to change
A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally, with a desire and ability to work in a multicultural environment
Keen interest to learn new things and to broaden experience
Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results
Solid presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in English
