Hexcel is currently seeking Early Career Program - Product Manager for our Salt Lake City, UT location. The Hexcel Early Career Program is a two-year rotational program that will partner you with exceptional professionals in the industry as you engage in complex and critical projects.  The program recruits college graduates who demonstrate leadership ability and academic excellence.  During this two-year program, participants will have two diverse assignments lasting 12 months each.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

Translate customer needs into actionable insights through production or product developmentAssist in driving strategic initiatives through the organizationAssist in reporting on key metrics for the organizationSupport new product development and trials

Qualifications:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree preferably in a technical field.  Preferred Engineering Degrees: Chemical, Mechanical and Material Science. Minor in business is a plusMinimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scaleCandidates must have less than 3 years of work experience (excluding intern & co-op experience)Must be willing and able to relocate, travel domestically and internationallyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as a team member
