About this opportunity 

Our Innovate Graduate Technology Program will give you an outstanding opportunity to understand and take part in shaping our technology leadership and is the perfect fit for you who have a diligent, innovative, and creative approach.

Your journey within the Innovate Program will start as Project Manager. 

What you will do 

You will be a part of the team who is shaping the future and driving the transformation towards transformation to smart manufacturing and technology hub in Tallinn. Joining the team will offer you an exciting journey through business and technology where you will learn, be able to challenge, take decisions and most importantly have a lot of fun! Lead, challenge, and excel in collaboration and teamwork.Resilient in uncertain environmentMSc or PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent Ability to develop strategies and prioritize activities Interest in experimentation and innovation with the ability to think creatively and be well adapted to change Knowledge of wireless communication, radio networks and AI & Machine Learning A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally, with a desire and ability to work in a multicultural environment Keen interest to learn new things and to broaden experience Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results Solid presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in English
